Delivery Address
The delivery address must be an Australian address.
Where Your Order is big and bulky, delivery may not possible to PO Box / LPO, and a physical address should be provided to avoid dispatch and delivery delays.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping to all Orders with a total of $99.00 or higher.
Flat Rate Shipping: A $10.00 Flat Rate Shipping Fee applies to Orders with a total value less than $99.00
Dispatch Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch Your Order within 1-3 business days.
Orders are dispatched from either Our Perth Warehouse or Sydney Warehouse.

Limited Shipping
Limited Shipping applies to some products and these products may not be eligible for shipping to Your preferred destination. If limited shipping applies You will be notified at the checkout.
Shipping of Dangerous Goods
Lithium-ion, Lithium Alloy & Lithium Polymer Cells & Batteries are considered dangerous Goods and must be shipped by road only and may incur additional transit time.
Tracking Your Shipment & Delivery
Tracking details are provided for every Order that is shipped.
Orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate packages and a tracking number will be provided for each package.
Packages may require signature on delivery. For packages that do not require signature on delivery, the Buyer authorises and instructs that if no one is home, Australia Post or our selected courier service may leave the package outside without signature in a safe place. Pickup is not available for Orders.
Delivery Partners
We will provide details of the delivery partner, tracking reference and estimated delay date as soon as available.
Sometimes problems arise that are out of our control such as a delay with delivery of Your Order due to unforeseen events or the actions of a third party. Damaged or Faulty Goods due to Shipping
We recommend You immediately inspect the product delivered to You and if You have any queries or concerns, please contact us directly on 08 6249 0671.
Please refer to our Warranty Terms and Conditions for information on returning a product that has a fault or damage. Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
