PURCHASING Our prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices do not include shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Where a product has been discounted, the discounted amount and discounted savings shown is based on the recommended retail price or the standard sale price shown on Our Website and Our Ebay and Amazon Pages. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to alter our prices at any time. By placing an Order for Goods through Our Website , You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. RETURNS AND REFUND DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND Under Australian Consumer Law, We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if You change Your mind however if You do change Your mind then We offer to accept the return and refund You the cost of Your purchase less a re-stocking subject to the below conditions being met:
1.Time Limit to contact us: no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
2.Time limit to return Goods: no later than 21 days after submitting your request for a refund.
3.Time limit to process refund : no later than 21 days after receipt of product.
4.Cost to return Goods: Any cost to return the Goods to Us is Your responsibility.
5.Condition of Goods:
1. The Goods must be returned to Us in an unused, unworn & ‘as new’ condition, in a resaleable condition, not be damaged or tampered with and with all the original packaging and documents.
2.Proof of purchase from Us must be supplied.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS DUE TO DAMAGED Goods DURING SHIPPING We take pride in packing and shipping Our Goods to prevent damage. If Your package is damaged or has been opened please do not accept delivery and please contact us. If You have taken delivery of Your Goods and upon opening the package You have found the Goods damaged please contact Us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
CONSUMER GUARANTEE Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
DUKE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY For Your peace of mind We offer a one-year warranty on Our Goods that are purchased through Our Website. We undertake to refund, repair or replace, at Our option and free of charge, each complete product or specific part required, provided the following reasonable conditions are met:
1.The complete product is returned to Us.
2.Any shipping costs to return the product are paid by You.
3.The product is found on inspection to be suffering from a material or constructional fault or design defect.
4.The product has not been subject to misuse, neglect or involved in an accident.
5.The product is not doing what it was specifically designed to do.
6.The required repairs are a consequence of normal & reasonable expected use.
7.Proof of purchase from Us must be supplied.8.The one-year warranty starts from the date of purchase and lasts for one calendar year. We will respond to your claim within 30 days of the complete product being returned. Please note that manufacture warranties do not apply to cordless power tool purchases. All power tools and all products are covered under the DUKE One-Year Warranty.
SHIPPING RATES: We offer to ship our products Australia Wide at the following rates: $10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING is applied to all Orders with a total cost under $50.00. FREE SHIPPING is applied to all Orders with a total cost of $50.00 or above.
