When will I receive my order ?

We aim to ship your order on the next business day, we ship our orders via Australia Post Parcel Service and provide you with a tracking reference number. Once shipped the estimated delivery speed is between 2 - 6 business days. If you have any issues with your order please contact us.

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are for orders to Australian addresses only.
A $10 flat rate fee is applied to orders under $50.00
Free Shipping is applied to all orders over $50.00

Do you offer Express Shipping ?

We offer, at additional cost to you, Express Shipping via Australia Post Express Parcel Service. Once shipped the estimated delivery speed is between 1-3 business days. Please contact us either prior to or as soon as you have placed your order and we will confirm Express Shipping rates for your order.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes we do ! Our products are backed by a 12 month warranty starting from the date of purchase. In the event that you encounter an issue with your purchase please contact us to arrange repair, replacement or a refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer, at additional cost to you, international shipping via Australia Post International Parcel Service. Please contact us and we will confirm international shipping rates for your order.

Do you have a returns policy?

We certainly do! If you change your mind within 30 days of your purchase we will accept the return and refund you the cost of your purchase less a re-stocking fee. Please refer to our Return Policy in our Terms and Conditions for the full details.
